Since all our products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse. However, we stand behind the quality of our products.

Eligible Refunds

We will issue a full refund or free replacement if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order was lost in transit

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@wornbold.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.
